Booking and payment conditions
  • To reserve your holiday just fill in the Booking Form on the right
  • You will be soon contacted from us and you will receive confirmation of your booking via e-mail
  • A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due will be requested at the time of confirmation to be paid by Bank Transfer
  • A breakage deposit amount of €250.00 will be requested in addition of the 30% deposit and must be paid by cash at the check in (the breakage deposit will be refunded). A final cleaning fee of €130.00 (fixed price) will be requested at the check in to be anticipated in cash
  • The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid, including booking fees. The balance payment must be made by Bank Transfer
  • From the moment that a reservation has been accepted, in case of cancellation on the part of the client, the following fees will be applied  4. CANCELLATION
  • Bank details will be sent with your confirmation e-mail
